The Waterloo Art Exhibition

The Waterloo art exhibition first organised by John Bramham it is one of the first events The Friends of Old Christ Church hosted, our very first exhibition being in 2007. Marie Curtis a member of Maghull Art Group came along to that first exhibition to display some of her work and it was from then on she became a committee member and the organiser of the exhibition from 2008 – 2021. Sadly Marie died 11th March 2022.

The 15th Waterloo Art Exhibition

A Two Weekend Event

Saturday 16th July 2022 & Sunday 17th July

Saturday 23rd July & Sunday 24th July

10:30AM – 3:30 PM

Oil paintings or art work may be in any media. Prints, photographs, collage and other methods are accepted, but must be suitable for hanging.

PRIZES There will be £100 for the best painting and £50 for the best photograph awarded from votes cast by members of the public.

Display Fees: There is a hanging fee of £3 each for the first four items and £1 for the remaining items of artwork to a maximum of eight hangings.

We do not take commission on sales of art work.
