We have been hosting the above fairs since 2009 and our fairs are known for being well organised, advertised and more importantly well attended. Although we can’t guarantee visitor numbers, the Spring and Summer fairs have attracted approximately 4-5 hundred visitors or more at past events, while The Fair Before Christmas has attracted over 1000 visitors. All our fairs are in door events so no matter the weather, Old Christ Church has it covered. If you have never booked with us before scroll down for more information tariff’s and approximate measurements of tables we provide as part of your booking. We also can provide pegboards or hanging rails for an extra small charge.
Facilities: Free on site parking and surrounding streets,(please respect residents drive ways and access areas at all times), café serving refreshments, tea, coffee, soft drink cakes crisps and sometimes bacon baps, Disabled access, Toilet and baby changing facilities

PAYABLE IN ADVANCE AT TIME OF BOOKING
Stall holders when booking for the first time may find the following information helpful when making your booking.
A table measures approximately 6ft x 2ft, so a double table would be approx. 12ft x 2ft.
A pegboard consist of two sides of a perforated board each measuring 4ft x 4ft to hang items on. (we provide hooks for hanging) You will be required to cover your table with a cloth that also reaches the floor so disguising any unsightly boxes you may have. We do no provide any table cloths.
Hanging rails are approximately 5ft in length (We do not provide hangers)
